The courage to create value
In 2008, we entered the real estate development business in the Czech Republic with the aim of playing an active role in the urban development of Prague, Brno and other Czech cities. Rather than using the same templates to mass produce projects, we think through each project thoroughly and carefully choose our opportunities. We build in prominent locations that are very much visible to the public, and we readily engage in discussions with city councils and other relevant authorities. We always go the extra mile when putting the finishing touches to our projects, whether it's a piece of art in a public space or an entire park. We believe that this is the only way to preserve the value of our projects for future generations. We have projects worth over CZK 30 billion in our pipeline and a team of experienced architects, builders and tradesmen working to deliver them. Together we will turn our vision into reality.

Our architects
CMC ARCHITECTS
CMC ARCHITECTS is a twenty-five-member international studio focused on environmental design, urbanism and architecture. CMC has a successful twenty-year history in masterplan design, brownfield regeneration in city centres, design of office buildings and complexes, shopping centres, residential developments and private villas among other architectural typologies. The studio has designed projects in twelve different cities in seven countries over the past twenty years.
Mark Johnson
World-renowned landscape architect and urban designer who has completed over five hundred projects worldwide. He has designed the new city of Dehsabz in Kabul, the revitalisation of a riverfront in Los Angeles, and the reconstruction of Stapleton Airport in Denver. In 1984, he co-founded the Denver-based architectural company Civitas. He was asked to come to the Czech Republic by J&T Real Estate, to consult on plans to build in the south of Brno. Here, together with the Brno City Architect's Office (KAM) and the Burian-Křivinka architectural office, they created an urban planning study for the southern centre of Brno near the main train station.
Bevk Perović architects
The Ljubljana-based studio was founded in 1997 by Belgrade-born architect Vasa J. Perovic and Slovenian Matija Bevk. They soon began to collect international awards - the Mies van der Rohe for the Faculty of Mathematics in Ljubljana, the Kunstpreis Berlin, the Piranesi Award and others. They have won the Slovenian Plečnik Prize for Architecture six times. They have also won several major international tenders - for the reconstruction of the Drama Theatre in Ljubljana, the Neue Galerie und Kasematten / Neue Bastei cultural centre in Wiener Neustadt, the Nordbahnof high-rise apartment building in Vienna and the competition for the New Courthouse and Main Bus Terminal in Ljubljana.
Architectural tenders
We develop large territories on the basis of architectural tenders. In these, we select the best designs from several architectural studios so that the appearance of new neighbourhood is diversified, but at the same time all concepts fit well together. We draw on the experience of renowned architects, but we also give opportunities to young studios. The coordinator of the entire New Rohan area is the LOXIA studio. In the forthcoming Trio Brno urban district, the Brno-based architectural firm Burian - Křivinka fulfils this role.
