If I reasonably believe that any violation(s) of law is occurring within or in connection with the Company's activities, I will report this to the Company.
I can put a written report in the CONFIDENTIAL BOX.
The CONFIDENTIAL BOX can be found in the Company's press room.
I don't have to sign my report if I don't want to. But by not signing, I waive my right to know how it was handled.
Reports can also be made by phone or SMS to the phone number shown on the CONFIDENTIAL BOX.
I need not fear any retaliation by the Company in connection with my whistleblowing.
I do not have to fear disclosure of my identity (except where required by law; e.g. criminal law) in connection with my whistleblowing.
I cannot claim the protection of points 6 and 7 if I make a knowingly-false statement.
Unless I expressly waive my right to information on how my report was handled and the outcome, this will be provided to me.
Whistleblowing is not intended to resolve ordinary interpersonal conflicts.
