In Petřiny, an area traditionally associated with student housing, we have built a project of an elegant five-storey building with more than two hundred units. Today, ideas about student accommodation are significantly different from the last century, when student housing options were very limited.

As the purchasing power of students, who in most cases work while studying, grows, so grows the demand for quality services and standards. With this very assumption we have built the project and equipped the units with quality furniture and basic appliances.

There are also a few retail shops on the ground floor including a supermarket and private parking. Comenius building is ideally accessible to public transportation and there are subway station, a tram stop and bus stops in walkable distance.

We are doing our best to make the building environmentally friendly. Air recovery ventilation is a standard in chosen units, and so will be further use of rainwater, which will water the atrium garden.
