Harmonie Smíchov is located on the left bank of the Vltava River and will offer a total of 624 apartments of various sizes across two buildings, including luxury rooftop penthouses and duplex apartments.

The surrounding greenery of Císařská louka, Děvín, and Dívčí hrady will be complemented by open, green courtyards, which will offer local residents ample space for socializing and relaxation. Retail spaces at street level will provide everyday amenities. The project also includes a preschool.

Architectural purity
The final design of the project was created by the Prague-based architectural firm FADW architekti. The firm is known for its clean and rational style. Its design aesthetic is understated and clean, with an emphasis on clear forms, proportions, and the use of material contrasts.

Thanks to its proximity to the new Dvorecký Bridge, Podolí, Vyšehrad, and Žluté lázně on the opposite bank are easily accessible.

When designing the Harmonie Smíchov project, the architects drew inspiration from the element of water, which is particularly evident in the undulating balconies.
